Cancellation Policy

The Center for Orofacial Myology reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If The Center for Orofacial Myology cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Refunds will be made to the person or entity that paid for the event, and will be issued within 14 days following the cancellation of the course.

Refund Policy

Due to limited seating, you must submit your cancellation request at least 10 business days before your scheduled course. This gives us the opportunity to fill the vacated spot before the course begins. If you must cancel your course registration, we will refund your registration fee in full, provided that your cancellation request is submitted 10 or more business days prior to the course start date. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the cancellation request. If your cancellation request is submitted fewer than 10 business days prior to the course start date, you will forfeit the full course registration fee.

Complaint Policy

The Center for Orofacial Myology is committed to providing an outstanding learning experience. If you feel that your course was unsatisfactory in any way we apologize, however we can not provide refunds once the refund policy date has passed. We will take all suggestions seriously and implement them, as appropriate, into our future courses. We will continually strive to provide high quality learning experiences to all course participants.
